Up to 10 hours per day with start time based on availability
Weekend shoots billed the same as weekdays

Anything over 10 hours will be billed at 1.5X the hourly rate

Cleaning Charge per rental $75
Excessive removal of trash/recycling from $100 (minimum fee)
Props/sets/belongings with early drop-off or not removed at end of rental period may be subject to a storage fee
Additional Insurance may be required
Any additional services/rental: equipment, office space, personnel

Preferred payment is by check, payable to Big Bang! Studios
Payments by credit card will incur a 4% surcharge
A 50% deposit is required to book a studio (see Booking a studio)
Payment is due within 30 days of final invoice, or a finance charge of 1.5% will be added to overdue invoices
Additional charges itemized items will be added to remaining payment due

If you request us to hold studio dates, you will have up to 72 hours to book or release the studio
Booking the studio requires:
A signed rental agreement
A payment of 50% deposit
You provide a Certificate of Insurance
Authorized renter signs Hold Harmless Agreement

If you need to cancel, we require notice 5 days prior to the start of your booking or you will be billed at the regular studio rental rate for the amount of days you booked
If we are able to fill your time with another booking, we will only charge you for the difference of your billable days lost.

Maximum of 10 people in production group. Ask ahead if you have a larger group
No smoking is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance
Food and drink (other than water) is not allowed in Studio A, B or C
No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances
No pets allowed without prior consent of Big Bang Studios representative
No use of combustible materials such as candles, lighters, fireworks or explosives
Music/voices should be kept at reasonable levels
Be Human! Refrain from offensive language towards others
